Md. Code, Health Occupations § 8–6C–26

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act, and subject to the termination of this subtitle under § 8–802 of this title, this subtitle and all regulations adopted under this subtitle shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1, 2030.
