Md. Code, Housing and Community Development § 4–604

The Department may establish:

(1) eligibility standards for group home sponsors;

(2) Program loan fees and charges;

(3) maximum Program loans for group homes based on their size, use, and location; and

(4) a process for selecting group homes to be financed under the Program that promotes statewide distribution of money.
