Md. Code, Insurance § 19–702

This subtitle applies only to authorized insurers that deliver or issue for delivery in the State third party bodily injury liability insurance under:

(1) homeowner’s coverage;

(2) owners’, landlords’, and tenants’ coverage; or

(3) any other premises liability coverage.
