Md. Code, Labor and Employment § 2–101

(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Labor and Industry.

(c) “Division” means the Division of Labor and Industry.

(d) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Labor.
