Md. Code, Labor and Employment § 2–108

(a) As soon after January 1 of each year as reasonably possible, the Commissioner shall submit an annual report to the Governor, to the Secretary, and, subject to § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly.

(b) (1) The report shall describe the activities of the Division during the preceding year.

(2) The report shall include a description of its investigations under § 5-205(i) of this article.
