Md. Code, Labor and Employment § 9–6A–08

(a) To qualify for registration, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section.

(b) The applicant shall:

(1) be at least 18 years old; and

(2) satisfy the education, experience, and supervision requirements of § 9-6A-09 of this subtitle.
