Md. Code, Local Government § 1–1412

(a) Property held by an authority shall be inventoried and classified

according to title status and suitability for use.

(b) A clerk of the court may not charge a fee to record a document evidencing

the transfer under this subtitle of property to the authority by the State or a local

government.
