(a) This section applies to all counties except Baltimore City.

(b) The governing body of a county may impose a tax to provide funding to

support the work of the soil conservation districts organized in its county under Title

8 of the Agriculture Article.

(c) The governing body of a county may make agreements for the use of

money appropriated for a soil conservation district as the governing body considers

advisable or necessary.
