Md. Code, Local Government § 20–124

A person who makes a disclosure of tax information in violation of § 20–104 of

this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment

not exceeding 6 months or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
