Md. Code, Local Government § 25–307

The county commissioners, county council, or Mayor and City Council of

Baltimore City shall:

(1) retain the original petition and report approved under § 25–

206(b) of this title; and

(2) deliver a copy of the approved petition and report to the board of

directors and the State Soil Conservation Committee in the Department of

Agriculture.
