Md. Code, Local Government § 27–709

The county tax collector, without an order from the board of drainage

commissioners, shall pay:

(1) the installments of interest at the time and place as evidenced by

the bonds; and

(2) the annual installments of the principal due on the bonds at the

time and place evidenced by the bonds.
