Md. Code, Local Government § 28–105

(a) Five members of the Commission are a quorum.

(b) The Commission shall meet on or before the December 31 immediately

following appointment.

(c) A member of the Commission:

(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission;

but

(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses as authorized by the

County Commissioners of Allegany County.
