Md. Code, Local Government § 30–101

(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Board” means the Board of Trustees for the Fund.

(c) “Department” means the Baltimore City Police Department.

(d) “Fund” means the Baltimore City Police Department Death Relief Fund.
