Md. Code, Local Government § 31–110

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, and except as provided in § 31–

109 of this title, a provider may not be civilly or criminally liable for providing

identifiable data to the manager for the sole purpose of inclusion in the Baltimore

City Youth Data Hub.
