Where this section sits in the code

This subtitle does not authorize the legislative body of a municipality to adopt

an ordinance that is inconsistent with or conflicts with any rule or regulation adopted

by the Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission or the

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
