Md. Code, Local Government § 9–301

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Code home rule” means a form of county government organized under

Article XI–F of the Maryland Constitution.

(c) “Public local law” has the meaning stated in Article XI–F, § 1 of the

Maryland Constitution.

(d) “Voter” means an individual who is registered to vote under Title 3,

Subtitle 1 of the Election Law Article.
