Md. Code, Local Government § 9–506

A public agency meeting may be adjourned and reconvened at another time

without additional public notice if:

(1) notice of the time and place of the reconvened meeting is provided

before adjournment;

(2) the agenda for the reconvened meeting is published in advance;

and

(3) the agenda for the original meeting is available to observers at

the beginning of the original meeting.
