Md. Code, Public Utilities § 21–401

In this subtitle, “urban renewal authority”:

(1) means a unit of government that is engaged in urban renewal activity; and

(2) includes:

(i) the State;

(ii) Montgomery County;

(iii) Prince George’s County; and

(iv) any unit of government in Montgomery County or Prince George’s County.
