Md. Code, State Government § 7–107

The Secretary of State’s annual salary shall be:

(1) $112,500 for the first year of appointment beginning January, 2023;

(2) $116,000 starting on the first anniversary after appointment;

(3) $118,500 starting on the second anniversary after appointment; and

(4) $120,000 starting on the third anniversary after appointment and thereafter.
