Md. Code, State Government § 9–3104

(a) The Secretary shall:

(1) chair the Subcabinet;

(2) convene the meetings of the Subcabinet; and

(3) be responsible for the oversight, direction, and accountability of the work of the Subcabinet.

(b) The Office of the Secretary of Commerce shall provide the primary staff support for the Subcabinet.

(c) The Subcabinet shall meet each month.
