Md. Code, State Government § 9–4105

On or before December 1, 2026, and each year thereafter, the Department shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of this article, the General Assembly on:

(1) the work of the Department in the immediately preceding year; and

(2) recommended changes to laws or policies to promote social equity.
