Md. Code, Transportation § 11–106

“Camping trailer” means a vehicle that:

(1) Is mounted on wheels; and

(2) Has collapsible partial sidewalls that fold for towing by another vehicle and unfold to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping, or travel use.
