Md. Code, Transportation § 16–701

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Article” means an article of the Driver License Compact.

(c) “Compact” means the Driver License Compact.

(d) “Executive head”, with reference to this State, means the Governor.

(e) “Licensing authority”, with reference to this State, means the Administration.
