Md. Code, Transportation § 5–501

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) “Board” means the Board of Airport Zoning Appeals.

(c) “Substantially alter” includes reconstruct, rebuild, replace, or substantially change or repair.
