Md. Code, Transportation § 7–507

An entity that submits a bid or proposal to the Administration on a procurement contract to provide MARC service that is funded in whole or in part by public funds shall comply with the requirements of Title 12, Subtitle 5 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
