22 M.R.S. §1714-C: Critical access hospital staff enhancement reimbursement

From April 1, 2011 to December 31, 2024, the department shall reimburse critical access hospitals from the total allocated from hospital tax revenues under Title 36, chapter 377 at least $1,000,000 in state and federal funds to be distributed annually among critical access hospitals for staff enhancement payments.
