- CHAPTER 77: BUSINESS TRANSACTED WITH PRODUCER-CONTROLLED PROPERTY OR CASUALTY INSURER
This chapter applies to licensed property or casualty insurers, either domiciled in this State or domiciled in a state that is not an accredited state with a substantially similar law in effect. Section 222, to the extent not modified by this chapter, continues to apply to all parties within holding company systems subject to this chapter.
