SUBCHAPTER 5: PAYMENT OF BENEFITS

Any member who becomes disabled while in service may receive a disability retirement allowance on the same basis as provided for members of the State Employee and Teacher Retirement Program by Title 5, chapter 423, subchapter 5, article 3‑A.
