31 M.R.S. §1341: Becoming limited partner

A person becomes a limited partner:
1. Partnership agreement. As provided in the partnership agreement;
2. Conversion or merger. As the result of a conversion or merger under subchapter 11; or
3. Consent. With the consent of all the partners.
