32 M.R.S. §1153-B: Powers

The board has the following duties and powers, in addition to those otherwise set forth in this chapter.

1. Licenses. The board shall evaluate the qualifications and approve the examination to be taken by applicants for licensure under this chapter.

2. Hearings.

3. Contracts.

4. Certificate as evidence.
