32 M.R.S. §14505: Evidence of licensure

Upon licensure, the department shall issue to a transient seller of home repair services a door-to-door sales license that indicates that the person whose name appears on the license is a licensed transient seller of home repair services under this subchapter. The license must also include the name of the seller's company.
