32 M.R.S. §14711: Expiration

1. Licenses. Licenses issued under section 14703 expire:

A. On the date that the licensee establishes a permanent place of business and surrenders the licensee's license to the department;

B. When the licensee fails to file a renewal application as required by section 14707; or

C. Upon the surrender of the license for cancellation.
