35-A M.R.S. §10302: Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1. Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Energy Resources.

2. Department. "Department" means the Department of Energy Resources.
