8 M.R.S. §262: Organization

Three of the members of the commission constitute a quorum to do business. The commission shall meet as necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter and shall keep a record of all proceedings of the commission and preserve all books, maps, documents, papers and records entrusted to its care.
