Mich. Comp. Laws § 123.961j: Bonds subject to revised municipal finance act; tax exemption.

Sec. 11j.

All bonds authorized under this act are subject to the revised municipal finance act, 2001 PA 34, MCL 141.2101 to 141.2821.

The principal and interest on bonds issued under this act are exempt from taxation by this state and by any other taxing authority within this state.
