Mich. Comp. Laws § 125.1572: Definitions.

Sec. 2.

As used in this act:

"Business incubation center" or "center" means a building described in section 3.

"Community board" or "board" means a board created pursuant to section 4.

"Department" means the department of commerce.

"Educational institution" means a local school district, an intermediate school district, or a college, university, community college, or junior college within this state.

"Local governmental unit" means a county, township, city, or village within this state.
