Mich. Comp. Laws § 125.773: Approval of smoke detection systems and installation; penalty.

Sec. 3.

The construction code commission of the department of labor shall approve the smoke detection systems and the installation of the above items.

A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor.
