Mich. Comp. Laws § 168.847a: Financial disclosure report; candidate for office.

Sec. 847a.

A candidate for office, as that term is defined in section 3 of the candidate for office financial disclosure act, must file the financial disclosure report required under section 5 of the candidate for office financial disclosure act with the department of state before that candidate for office assumes office.
