Sec. 861a.

Any proceeding intended to restrain, enjoin, modify, control, reverse, or otherwise interfere with the action of a board of county canvassers or any representative operating under the supervision of a board of county canvassers must be instituted only against the board of county canvassers and only by mandamus.
