Mich. Comp. Laws § 18.1452: Payment and use of amounts appropriated in budget act.

Sec. 452.

The amounts appropriated in a budget act shall be paid out of the state treasury at a time and in a manner as provided by law.

Each of the amounts appropriated shall be used solely for the respective purposes stated in the budget act except as otherwise provided by law.
