Mich. Comp. Laws § 21.144: Liability of state treasurer and his or her bail; loans not subject to certain acts.

Sec. 4.

Nothing contained in this act shall be held or considered to change or affect the liability of the state treasurer or his or her bail, on his or her bond to this state.

Loans made under this act are not subject to the revised municipal finance act, 2001 PA 34, MCL 141.2101 to 141.2821.

Loans made under this act are subject to the agency financing reporting act, 2002 PA 470, MCL 129.171 to 129.177.
