Mich. Comp. Laws § 254.105: Rentals, damages, moneys due; disposition.

Sec. 5.

Any rentals, damages or other moneys becoming due and payable under any such contracts with respect to said bridge shall be paid to the state and placed to the credit of the general highway fund.
