Mich. Comp. Laws § 255.52: Board of supervisors; sale and disposal of ferry heretofore owned.

Sec. 2.

The board of supervisors of any county having acquired ferry services as authorized in this act shall give, grant, assign and dispose of any ferry, equipment and services heretofore owned or acquired hereunder to the board of county road commissioners of said county.
