Mich. Comp. Laws § 257.1335: False statement, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with cease and desist order.

Sec. 35.

A resident agent, director, officer, or partner of a motor vehicle repair facility who knowingly authorizes, directs or makes a false statement or misrepresentation concerning the method or price of repair of a motor vehicle, or who knowingly fails to comply with the terms of a final cease and desist order is subject to penalties under this act. Each violation constitutes a separate offense.
