Mich. Comp. Laws § 257.635: Passing vehicle proceeding in opposite direction; violation as civil infraction.

Sec. 635.

Drivers of vehicles proceeding in opposite directions shall pass each other to the right, each giving to the other not less than 1/2 of the main traveled portion of the roadway as nearly as possible.

A person who violates this section is responsible for a civil infraction.
