Sec. 811v.

No later than June 1, 2014, the secretary of state shall develop and may issue a fund-raising plate and a matching collector plate recognizing ducks unlimited. The words "ducks unlimited" shall be inscribed on the plates. The secretary of state shall transfer the fund-raising donations received from the sale of the plates described in this section to the state treasurer, who shall credit the donation money to the ducks unlimited fund created under section 811w.
