Sec. 179.

A person shall not hunt, pursue, or kill any wild waterfowl or other birds or animals by any means whatever during the time the person is upon any kind of aircraft.

A person who violates this section is subject to a state civil infraction as provided for in section 176, and is prohibited from obtaining or possessing a hunting license for a period of 1 year.
