Mich. Comp. Laws § 28.245a: Performance audits of criminal and juvenile history record information; report.

Sec. 5a.

The commanding officer may perform random performance audits of the criminal and juvenile history record information required under this act.

If the commanding officer finds during a performance audit that criminal or juvenile history record information is not being supplied as required under this act, the commanding officer shall report this fact to the attorney general.
