Mich. Comp. Laws § 280.488: Additional grant of power; prior projects.

Sec. 488.

The provisions of this chapter shall be construed as an additional grant of power to that prescribed by other statutory provisions.

Projects completed prior to November 21, 1951, shall not be financed under this chapter.
