Mich. Comp. Laws § 285.175a: Demolition of building or structure.

Sec. 15a.

The authority may demolish or permit the demolition of any building or structure on the state exposition and fairgrounds that is determined by the authority to be unsuitable for uses consistent with the holding of the state fair.
